Our return policy allows an exchange ONLY on full priced items. NO refunds, no exceptions. Eligible items may be returned for exchange within 7 working days of receipt. If 7 working days have passed since your item has been delivered unfortunately, we cannot accept your item for exchange. To initiate an exchange on a full priced item please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Shipping cost are non-refundable.
When posting your
item(s) for exchange we recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.
Items returned for exchange must be unworn, undamaged and in sellable condition with original tags attached.
International Returns will be subject to a $30.00 (U.S.) processing fee unless defective.
Once a return has been delivered to us, it can take 7-10 working day to process .
All Sale, Warehouse Sale, Clearance items and all items ending in .97 are not eligible for exchange and are all FINAL SALE.
Once an item has been shipped and tracking communicated to you via email please keep an eye as the parcel moves through the courier's system. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen parcels. Please follow up with courier with any delivery related inquiries.
