RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

We want you to love your purchase! If you have a question or concern please reach out to our team before making your purchase at service@chenburkett.com

 

  • Full priced items EXCEPT Accessories (jewelry, bags, head wraps, ties, pocket squares, belts and all other accessories and T shirts) may be returned for exchange only. An exchange must be requested via email at service@chenburkett.com only within in 10 days of delivery. Please note that the exchange is subject to item availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code which will be emailed to you. Due to the nature of our business we do not offer a refund at this time. NO EXCEPTIONS. We cannot issue refunds.
  • Accessories, T-shirts, Bandeau Tops are all FINAL SALE. THESE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. 
  • Items on SALE (listed in the sale section) and items ending in .97 are not eligible for exchange and are FINAL SALE.
  •  Please contact us at service@chenburkett.com if you would like to make an exchange. You must make this request within five days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • When posting your item(s) for exchange we recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    CANCELLATION

    Orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours only. Please email service@chenburkett.com with any changes or cancellation requests.
