 Our return policy allows an exchange ONLY on full priced items only. Eligible items may be returned for exchange within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have passed since your item has been delivered unfortunately, we cannot accept your item for exchange. Items returned with signs of wear or without original tags will be not be accepted. 

We hope that our customers are safe and healthy. During these uncertain times, we are forever inspired by the stories of hope and perseverance from around the world.

You may experience shipping delays, as we have implemented a social distancing plan as a precaution at our shipping center, this will cause temporarily delays.

Additionally, USPS is not shipping to certain countries. Shipping is suspended to Europe and many other international locations. Please email us before placing an international order. 

 

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout is a flat rate for standard shipping

Ready to wear items (RTW) items will ship in 5-7 working days. During high volume (Spring + Summer months) please allow an additional 2-3 business days on top of delivery times for order processing and verification. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Made to order items usually ship in two to three weeks after your order is placed.

Please keep an eye on your parcel as it moves through the courier system. We have no control over parcels once picked up by USPS/UPS/FEDEX. We also have no control of parcels once delivered. Please follow up with courier with post delivery questions. 

All Pre-Order items will ship within 45 days from date of purchase.

Rush orders are processed in one to two business days at an additional fee of $30.00 per garment. Please contact us prior to placing a rush order. Some of our garments are made to order, thus rush processing may not be available depending on our production schedule. Once you receive confirmation that we can rush your order, please submit your $30.00 fee per garment here.

 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

 

All International packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International which has a 10 to 14 days delivery expectation.

Please note that most international packages are held by your local customs. We are obligated to disclose the exact content of your package with corresponding value. All international customers are solely responsible for custom duties and or taxes assessed by your local government or postal services.

Please note: the prices we quote do not include any import/customs duties and tax charges applicable to your order.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS AND/OR DUTIES & TAXES APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES.

We ship internationally to the following destinations: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark , Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy , Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, South Africa.

 

United States Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

If you are shipping to a US or Military Address (APO/FPO) please proceed through the regular checkout process.

Orders shipping to United States military addresses are not subject to the same costs and shipping restrictions as international orders.

 

LOST ORDERS

Please provide the correct shipping address while placing your order. Once your parcel has been shipped, no changes can be made. You must call the post office or the courier company used to ship your package to arrange and address update if needed. CBNY will not be responsible for lost parcels due to negligence on customers part. No complimentary replacements will be provided.

Chen Burkett New York does will not accept responsibility for parcels that have been reported as delivered or delayed by USPS/Fedex/UPS. We do not issue refunds or replace items for parcels that the courier confirms as being delivered or parcels that are otherwise delayed or missing. Please file a claim with USPS/Fedex/USPS.
