RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns can be processed within 14 days of receipt.
Items purchased at regular price can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. If 14 days have passed since your item has been delivered unfortunately, we cannot accept your item for return. Items returned with signs of wear or without original tags will be not be accepted.
ALL returns must be submitted through our online returns portal below for processing.

Shipping fees (both standard and express) are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
When posting your item(s) for return we recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.
Items returned must be unworn, undamaged and in sellable condition with original tags attached.
International Returns will be subject to a $30.00 (U.S.) processing fee unless defective.
Once a return has been delivered to us, it can take 5-7 working day to process
All Sale, Jewelry, Warehouse Sale, Clearance items and all items ending in .97 and SAMPLE SALE items ending in .50 are all FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible or return.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE ITEMS and not eligible for return:
- FINAL SALE/WAREHOUSE AND SAMPLE SALE ITEMS
- ITEMS EDNING IN .97 and .50
- HEAD WRAPS
- SCARFS
- BODYSUITS
- SWIMSUITS
- EARRINGS.
Once an item has been shipped and tracking communicated to you via email please keep an eye as the parcel moves through the courier's system. Additionally, you will receive an email and or text message on the day of delivery reminding you that the parcel is out for delivery.
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen parcels. Please follow up with courier with any delivery related inquiries.
CANCELLATION: Orders can be canceled within the first 12 hours only. Please email service@chenburkett.com with any changes or cancellation requests.
