Ready to wear items (RTW) items will ship in 3-5 working days. Due to high volume, please allow an additional 2-3 business days on top of delivery times for order processing and verification. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
Made to order items usually ship in two to three weeks after your order is placed.
Full priced items with the exception of Accessories, Bandeaus and T'shirts may be returned for exchange only. An exchange must be requested via email at service@chenburkett.com within in 7 days of delivery. Please note that the exchange is subject to item availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code which will be emailed to you. Due to the nature of our business we do not offer a refund at this time.
